In watching now and a $6.99 ring has $2.99 shipping like usual. The shipping probably is raised on non jewelry items as they are usually heavier. The next item are earrings and they too are $2.99 shipping.

Each time I tuned in, the shipping was $3.99.
Somebody earlier paid .99 for a flag pin and her shipping was $4.99
