Maybe in the heading for the current show or on the program guide, SLC should not include the word UPSELLS. Kinda leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the consumer.

We take this very seriously and we have have submitted an example of the listings on the guide to the team responsible to make sure that we can improve the titles in our program guide in the future.
