Not Receiving Items

Does anyone else have a problem with receiving certain items that you purchased. Numerous times I have purchased items such as 10K gold, grandiderite, alexandrite, opals....these items don't seem to get to me. I have to call CS over and over. I 1st time I will call and they will say that they will have it expedited. I then have to call again and again, then they finally tell me they are no longer in stock. This is very disheartening.
