New idea

Instead of having someone come on the forum to answer questions , why not have a call in show . Customers could call in and ask questions or voice concern. Just make sure the caller can be heard if possible.

QVC and HSN do this, customers can call in and talk to the host and their guest that are presenting their items.

The calls are very few and far between if you notice. Also, at least with Q most of the time you are asked if you would like to speak to the hosts.
For the testimonial line they must get thousands of people calling in and they choose maybe 2.

Seems like a good idea.That could also be an explosive backfire! But I would definitely watch!
