I still haven't received my refund yet. They received them because I checked USPS tracking. I returned an item to another channel it was received the same day as LC's and my refund was processed the next day. So why does it take Shop LC so long? I loved that ring,but a stone fell out. Hopefully they will bring it back.

Call them, that is what I do, if you call customer service number their is a prompt for returns, it will get you to that department.
