I'm DYING to know what you will be selling. I seriously have had this on my mind since you posted! Can you give some ideas? I know I will be a customer for sure.

Well, my painted elephant teapots. There’s pics on the forum (unless they’ve been removed).
Painted candles, glasses and different glassware like vases! Little glass candleholders. Some pretty colored bottles with raised designs for like olive oil or anything. (I have one in my bathroom for mouthwash) etc. metal items like watering cans and little planters.
Probably will do some tote bags at some point.
Who knows what else?! There will likely be new things as I find things that catch my fancy!!!

Oh thank God you told us what you are selling! My overactive imagination saw "hand painted treasures" a row of circular dots and a picture of a bird (Grand Dame Hawkins I presume) and I thought you were selling painted bird droppings! I really have to rein myself in...

Oh dear....

Well...Hawkins is a SHE birdie. My boy birdie is Giacomo (Danny Kaye movie, the Court Jester). They are both him. Two sides of the same coin.

And I think I won’t venture into the birdie droppings artistry.
I’ll stick to more useable items. I love painting things you can actually USE.

I used to sell my items at craft fairs and by word of mouth. This was before my kids were born and while they were little for a time. As they got older and I became more busy with their lives and activities it just had to stop.

I used to make a killing! I started selling because I loved to paint but needed an outlet. There was only so much I could have in my house.
My parents were crafters and entrepreneurs and business owners, They sold at craft shows once they retired and invited me to join them.
I would split the costs of the shows and peddle my wares.
I remember a couple of times that I sold out in the first few hours of a show during Christmas time. During those shows I only brought candles and sold about 600 in a few hours.
Packed up my part of the booth, hit the road and called hubby.
“Please go get EVERY candle you can In the size I need..,coming home to paint (it was a two day show). I then painted all night long. And sold all of them.
It kinda ticked my parents off because their stuff didn’t sell well.
Sorry Mom, sorry daddy....
