@OSOTT I know others said, but you know how important sleep is. Would be good if you keep a regular schedule of when you try to sleep, is a BIG thing that messes with me. Try not to take on unnecessary problems and just worry about you and mom, if that is what it takes. My problem is brain won't shut off at night with worry over things in my situation that may have transpired for me during the day. Sometimes It helps for me to be involved with others, my problem arises over concern about myself and the future, is what I am working on. There is no shame in focusing on your own health. I have spent my whole life being the strong one for others, but now I have to be my own main focus. I still pray for others, but must give it to God, for I have to be able to maintain things for myself living alone, right now that has to be first. Just saying....-Rolltide

Thats makes perfect sense to me. We can't take care of others if we don't first take care of ourselves.

I just happened to be reading these.posts when. Shop4joy posted . Seriously my phone flickered and then she was there and my first reaction was to post back to her I only stopped because I thought more would see her post if I.didnt right then.
