I heard Stacy on air one time mention her son, named Preston. I already knew Preston in CS. So one time when he and I were dealing with an issue via email...I asked him.

I never had such terrible CS with any of the other shopping channels. These agents are poorly trained and don't care as long as they get a paycheck.
