I rec'd an email that they did not want us to tag them that it did not notify them and was not helpful even when trying to assist new forum members or for us to use to "get thier attn"

Well well...they want our involvement but don’t want us to try and contact them?

Does anyone else think this is horse manure? We really have like 12 moderators to just snoop and not help with problems? I do think that except for Danielle and sometimes Preston the responses seem "canned". Robo Moderators--what a concept!

I am really tired of the blue box following me around ths screen when I'm typing it makes it so you cant see what you are typing

And I will be in the middle of trying to post to a thread and it will kick me out and sends me over to the community guidelines.

I continuously have to log back into my acct as it continuously kicks me out.

You'd think your IT dept would have a handle on these issues they've been reported numerous times

Goodness, I am so sorry to hear this has been occurring. This is the first time I've heard of that myself, though I have notified our admin and tech teams to this issue to investigate further for the cause of it. While it is concerning to hear that these errors continue even after being reported, I will be letting our teams know to check for the earlier reports so we can get to the bottom of this error. Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by this!

We the Moderators actually encourage our users to tag us on the Forum, so that we can be notified of any issues or errors our users are wanting to report. I am sorry to hear that you received an email stating that, though I can personally assure that Danielle, Preston and I do appreciate being tagged and notified about issues.

If you would, please feel free to send an email to customerservice@shoplc.com with a copy of the email, or even the name of the representative who told you such and we'd be happy to look further into this and why that message was sent.
