I think when someone buys a “buy all” they should only be charged one shipping charge. IMHO

Our S&H is charged per item as this covers not only the shipping but the handling as well. All of our orders are hand picked and packed. While a group of items may be sold together under a buy all offer, this does not mean that all of the items are together in one location in our warehouse.

I've been saying there's a new president. Being a customer all these years, I always know when stuff is different. Like when the studio changed. All the chatter and I finally "Live Line" told them to just spit it out because if I knew, others did as well.
Things changed. Again.
Finally Shawn W mentioned it in passing and that was it.
So far I liked Kevin much better.
Also, I'm hearing Nitin died? What happened?
