People are going insane! Our local Giant Eagle had some one come in and take the entire can of the wipes for carts, not just one but two cans!!! Now they just have paper towels and a bottle of something. Forget the toilet paper, bread, can goods, and bottled water...gone...RS wrote: ↑4 years agoHubby and friend saw a lady walk into the store with a ziploc bag and grab dozens and dozens of the wipes meant for shopping carts, put them in the ziploc and walked out.Vicky wrote: ↑4 years ago@Kittycat

Its getting to be that normally honest people are in PANIC MODE and stealing things from DR’s office’s.
My kids ( PA) medical office has the Auto purell wall dispenser missing.
Sending my love to the TRIBE
She was probably going around to all the stores!

Hi @JewelryQueen
I was thinking the same. A SENIOR SHOPPING TIME. We will be a easy target for bored troubled teens out of school, or those needing drug money.
Unless they provide round trip transportation, so that muggers cant get to us so easily.
Those muggers better watch out. Some OLD LADIES are trained in firearms. We are ARMED and fully capable of protecting ourselves

They better not try to snatch my coffee or it will WAR!
A while back a young stud wannabe was sitting behind me in the movie theater (back when we could still go to the movies) and he kept kicking the back of my seat. He was about 20 and old enough to know better. After the third time I politely asked him to quit. After the fifth time I firmly told him to knock it off. The seventh time I lept up, charged down the aisle to his seat and grabbed him up by the front of his shirt. I let him know in no uncertain terms that I may be old, I may be tired, but I could still beat the crap out of him with one hand tied behind my back! He quickly left towards the lobby and I fully expected the management to come and escort me out the front door. Never happened. I guess he was smarter than he looked.

Re: Shopping in general due to virus
Hubby went to a major grocery store today to get ramen noodles and jars of peanut butter. They’re limiting even this now to 3 boxes of noodles and only 2 jars of peanut butter. This is getting bad because now they’re telling us how much of a food item we can get. I knew about the limit of toilet paper, sanitizer wipes etc, but to put a limit on food items now is getting scary. Ginger

I'm wondering if the National Guard, etc may end up flying over residences in helicopters & dropping supplies to people before this thing is over.Ginger wrote: ↑4 years agoHubby went to a major grocery store today to get ramen noodles and jars of peanut butter. Re: Shopping in general due to virus
I’m wondering all kinds of things, never would have I thought a limit on food products now. Granted, it’s just the one store that we know of that’s limiting certain foods-yet. I’m getting emails from major shopping companies that are temporarily closing their stores, Bath & Body Works, Nordstrom & several other large ones. I think I saw China made another hospital with extra beds now & one other country is doing daily testing with people driving by in their cars to get swabbed. I think it’s going to get worse in the coming weeks for so many, I pray I’m wrong This reminds me of stories my great grandmother told me about the depression and other hard times. Be safe everyone & please wear gloves and a mask when out. It said the germs can live days even on concrete surfaces Protect yourself, praying for you all, Ginger
