It depends on how well she travels, how you can care for her at home - meaning can she be isolated or will she have to interact with other kitties and with a fever - is she contagious and can your other cats catch it? If so, then I would keep her at the vet. I would take her something of yours that she can smell your scent like a pillow case or a shirt. Bring her a treat.
I hope she gets completely healed very soon.
