Bella do you get the emails on your computer or your phone? I don’t bother looking at that stuff I just write everything down when I bought it the time the date. Number of the item description of the item to the T. Where I live normally takes seven days, If I don’t receive my item then 10 days that’s when I start calling I don’t want all those headaches. I have learned some of these complaints will never get better.
