I bought a Tucson Show Arizona Sleeping Turquoise Y Necklace @129.00 on 4/6
I have several pieces looking forward to getting the necklace.
Well was very disappointed when it arrived.
The color was way off.
Best as I can describe is sleeping beauty is robin egg blue
This is like medium denim blue
Not what they showed on TV,I do have a screen shot .
Ok I called customer service several times,once the person said
basically suck it up..
Then I wrote to A,,,and reply was that MY LOST package
was my issue..What lost package
So I wrote again and got SAME reply.
What do I do now???
