If you use your browser (Safari?) and go to the Apple support web site, they have very simple instructions on how to backup your ipad to the cloud, and also how to erase your phone, thereby restoring it to factory settings.

Besides getting Google and YouTube working again, the whole ipad should actually work better!

Also, once you have erased/restored the ipad, you can then reinstall your data from the backup! The Apple site can tell you how to do that, too! It looks pretty easy!

I have no good info because I don't have Apple products. So good luck and I hope you get it fixed fast and cheap
