I think some people are confused to how the stars work on reviews. I have seen many times and not just on this shopping network but also on others as well where people will give a one or two star rating and I expect to read the item was bad but instead they say how much they love the item and how beautiful it is, they must think the lower the stars the better instead of the more stars the better the item is.

Gem lover: For me, it always have been the more stars better and less stars is worse. I don't understand why some people think is the other way around.
