It is the custom in Finland when you have guests over for coffee you use ice cream instead of cream or milk. Mmmmm!

Traditional when growing up it was vanilla ice cream between two chocolate wafer cookies. Do they make them now with chocolate ice cream, dipped in chocolate? I hope so, and could use one right now!!!

Growing up, we used Bosco chocolate in a glass bottle and would pour it over the ice cream of choice. My dad was particularly fond of Coca-Cola ice cream floats.
