I'm still waiting on them to offer jewel safe or some type of insurance for the customer to purchase. That would then tell me you already know the item is a hot mess and you just want the customer to cover the cost of repairing or replacing.

Currently the resizing is available only on the items that we specifically offer resizing on.

Be careful- once you have the ring resized, it’s usually not returnable. So resizing is a benefit to Shoplc, because otherwise you can return the ring until Jan 15th. Amit failed to mention that on air (BELIEVE IT OR NOT)

If Shop LC does the resizing before we ship out the ring to the customer, the ring absolutely is returnable. However if a customer has the ring resized by a third party AFTER receiving the ring, then no, we would not be able to accept it back.

The resizing thing is not new. They used to do it when they were The Jewelry Channel, years ago. About repairing... That's something they have never done before. Jewelry protection also be would good just like other channels offer.
