Do you mean Donna S? according to the mods she has been blocked from further bidding but I think she made those bids previously which they can't do anything about. You can bid on most items up to two days in advance.

JQ:.... There have been 3 names,,,Donna, Donna J, and Donna S. I thought no one could bid beyond start price, thought some one on forum said they couldn’t bid even 1$ more at one point. Wouldn’t take the bid. I may be wrong on the bidding.

They explained their formula at one point, which to be honest I didn't understand. Probably because I would never bid in these ranges for items than can be had at a less price point without bothering with bidding on the RA
