Stopped taking phone calls auction was still running on tv

Unhappy again I tried phoning in for Mother of pearl earrings 3616552 at 5.99 with free shipping was still offering earrings on tv but the phone said auction was closed couldn't get through. tried again and still couldn't. Came to my computer and was going to order but that put shipping on not paying shipping on a free ship order.
