The J channel sells returned items but it says in the description that it is a return so you know what you are getting and they sell it for less.

Perfectly acceptable way to resell a returned item. Above board , full disclosure and a reduced price -Gypsy

Could you imagine buying the Opatra items. OMG. I remember I believe someone said a long time ago that, they sanitize items that are returned, then re- sold. YUCK YUCK
