Hello Moderator, My Items never arrived
Hi Moderator, I placed an order for some items on Dec 3rd, which never arrived. These were Christmas gifts which I could not use as they never arrived. I would like a refund please. Funnily I place an order for other items after Dec 3rd and got them, so please refund my account as quickly as possible. Thanks.
