I don’t typically drink espresso, but every once in a while. I do like it and cappuccino.
And yeah...I think my blood sugar dropped really low.
I was upstairs polishing our bedroom furniture and boom. My husband was in music room playing and found me on the floor.

Re: Can anyone tell
Hi @RS
Either you had a episode of hypoglycemia, ( low blood sugar) or more likely the high caffeine in the espresso caused a episode of extreme tachycardia (very fast pulse) which was too fast to bring adequate oxygen to your brain, causing you to pass out.
Passing out, actually helped the oxygen get to your brain since you were supine on the floor, increasing your blood pressure, and oxygenation.
I am glad you recovered

It was hypoglycemia. I’ve had it happen before. I didn’t have any espresso that morning. Just my normal two cups of coffee but I couldn’t finish the second cup. Even coffee fills me up sometimes.Vicky wrote: ↑3 years agoHi @RS

It happened because while I had some coffee I hadn’t eaten yet. Had coffee, sat in spa, went for walk, came home and started dusting upstairs.
I should have eaten.
Thank you...

well...I can only imagine if I HAD had some espresso instead of coffee. I will make sure to have something in my stomach when I have caffeine from now on!Angelflutter wrote: ↑3 years agoDANG. RS,. That was some * kicking espresso. Hope you're doing okay. Now, you know your limit.
