I don't see how that can be legal. They have your money for however long? What happens if you need that money for bills or an emergency like tires for your car? The more I read, the more slc and its big wigs actually scare me. I'm sorry this happened to you. Maybe this is a sign for all of us?

I think all of us should be livid. This is unacceptable. No amount of jewelry or good deals justifies this. 🤬

Maybe you should charge interest. They are using your money. Who knows what for. Something smells and it's not Norell.

Exactly!!! I told them I want the money credited back immediately and I also want a store credit for all the time I spent trying to clear all this up! On the phone with Customer Service and then waiting to speak to the Floor Supervisor (no help whatsoever!), then on the phone with my bank filing a fraud claim and emailing them etc.I make $125/hr. so I figure they owe me an additional $250!!

Well...in many ways you and I could be twins here! This happened to me before the holidays so not too recent. But it happened three times in a row.
I didn’t even know SLC has been around that long. I’m going on 3 years...I think.

And OMG I CANNOT BELIEVE A SUPERVISOR WAS LAUGHING AT YOU 😡😡‼️‼️‼️. That just....whoa....just unacceptable. Where is the accountability here??!!!! And heck yeah you should be livid. Mine wasn’t even as much as yours. But it was my money and what was done was wrong.

Unbelievable! Seriously! I called my bank and they told me there were two distinct charges...so I filed a fraud claim. One charge says “TJC*ShopLC” and the other says “ShopLC” so it looks like they definitely processed two payments! (TJC was their original name, of course) I’m NOT pleased! Over the last 14 years I’ve spent enough here to buy a house in Malibu and a fleet of Ferraris! Good God! Have your orders been taking longer and longer to arrive too? That’s another thing that makes me crazy! Welllll....after 14 years I definitely have ENOUGH jewelry so maybe this is God’s way of telling me to cut the cord! Who knows?!¿¡🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
Most of my orders take about 11 days to arrive. And while MOST of them ship right away it still takes that long. I have been pleased with the fact they ship out quickly. For instance...I ordered a few things late last night and they had already shipped by the time I woke up this morning.

When my charges come thru the BUDGET PAYS say TJC. The first charge says ShopLC. So you totally got “double-dipped” ‼️‼️‼️

Now I have to go on PayPal to see if they've been double charging me. Yeah it is illegal!!! Thank you for posting this so every one is warned. I hope you get all your money back and then some.

Just now, right now...discovered the same exact thing happened to me as did @Dflawless.

SLC....I NEED THIS FIXED. I will call the bank (this is a reg. debit this time) and dispute or claim fraud if this is not removed...TOUT SUITE!


And well...the tag function isn’t working. How convenient.
