Every time I spoke to CS or received an email from an agent other than the Mods here. It’s was ALWAYS...”do not worry....” and then went on with the script.
And just to prove the CS agents don’t know anything. One time I had been told by Mod Preston to mention his name and tell CS that Preston had noted my account.
That agent said that there was no Preston and the name sounded “made up” and said that maybe I had been “scammed” by a fake person.
Yeah...no.
