Returns returned!!

I received an unexpected package today. Half of my returns from Christmas!! These were ordered when they opened up for holiday returns by January 15. Others of us have had the same problem I think. Was yours resolved?

It says because the returns were over 30 days. But they were purchased during that time period way before Christmas that guaranteed returns. I haven't had time to call yet.

NOT SO EASY PEASY!! Others are saying CS is unaware of this holiday practice. We need a MODERATOR.

J: not the problem. the problem is that they were giving extended returns from October thru Christmas. Now they aren't allowing returns, and two of the items were defective! There's another thread on here where someone else has same issue. Now I can't find it!!!
