Missing Funds

I went into my bank account today and noticed charges from shop lc that could not be explained from the 12th, there are 5 of them which total $100. I pay all my budget pays at once at the beginning of the month so I know they are not budget pays. I only placed 2 orders on the 12th and cancelled one of them but yet I have 5 other charges besides the two items ordered so I called customer service which agreed they are not charges for orders placed but told me he could not at this time investigate further due to that program he needs to check was not working. This is nuts, now I have to call back tonight or tomorrow he said and hope they have that program working.

That is another reason I don’t buy anymore !!! With all that goes on, missing $ and so forth. It’s happened to me several times in the past. I have SAVED SO MUCH MONEY. AND ALL I HAVE BEEN READING LATELY IS JUST SAD.... H
