Anyone...has standard s/h go up from $2.99 to $3.99 now? I don’t watch much anymore. TY. H

I haven't seen $2.99 for a while, they seemed to have phased it in. What is showing right now is $3.99. A few minutes ago, the pendant was $4.99! It's supposed to be based on the handling required. I was seeing by price, til right now!
