Chef makes sausage gravy without sausage? Does it taste like wallpaper paste? I bet he doesn’t even make a roux does he?
He had a tiny bit of sausage, but not enough to give it a good flavor. Gravy was smooth, but needed to be thicker.
Chef misses the mark in many things. Like very little Ricotta cheese in the Lasagna!
