Ridiculous start prices for items

Does anyone know why my IPad won’t let me click on the heart in the right corner! Would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

I have an old, temperamental iPad. I just tap it! But I'm sure you already tried that!

Just for grins and giggles I sometimes look at items. Still have not bought anything here yet. But the eyeglass repair kit with an Estimated Retail Price of $69.99 did crack me up. I can buy that exact one at my dollar store for $1 and at my supermarket for $3. Who do they think they are kidding?

@Sissy2 I agree %100 and when you buy at those places you mentioned there is no shipping to pay.
