Help! Texting number or email????

Can someone help me with sending messages to hosts while on air? I know they say they are getting texts and emails but I don’t know them and don’t see them anywhere. I know underneath the live show on the internet it says send message to hosts. I have used that but no host ever responds so I thought I would try the texting or emails. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks....

Same wishes if you try calling customer service, unless you enjoy risking brain damage from spending an unendurable period of time listening to a never ending loop of some indistinguishable classical type of music.
Honestly, the only fairly reliable way to get any email through, in my experience, has been if I use the reply function to an email I receive from them. That will work most of the time.
