Very good...Chocolate
Eating Dark chocolate-- but, unfortunately not milk chocolate--
raises the levels of antioxidants in the blood, which helps protect against heart disease.
Researchers studied 12 healthy volunteers who were given chocolate.
The participants showed a major increase in antioxidant levels one hour after
eating three ounces of dark chocolate.
Despite the good news, you should limit your chocolates consumption
to not more than three ounces daily since chocolate is relatively high in fat, calories and sugar.

Absolutely, Yes to Dark Choc!
I have loved this dark stuff since childhood. My mother and I must have the same taste buds that this was the chocolate we went for in the bag of minis. The health benefits came way later...a good thing.
Now, When I get me a block my people want some too.
