Very good...Chocolate

Eating Dark chocolate-- but, unfortunately not milk chocolate--

raises the levels of antioxidants in the blood, which helps protect against heart ❤️ disease.

Researchers studied 12 healthy volunteers who were given chocolate.

The participants showed a major increase in antioxidant levels one hour after

eating three ounces of dark chocolate.

Despite the good news, you should limit your chocolates consumption 😩

to not more than three ounces daily since chocolate is relatively high in fat, calories and sugar.

Absolutely, Yes to Dark Choc!
I have loved this dark stuff since childhood. My mother and I must have the same taste buds that this was the chocolate we went for in the bag of minis. The health benefits came way later...a good thing.

Now, When I get me a block my people want some too. :)
