Grilling or Barbecueing?

There's a difference!

Grilling is, typically, cooking directly over a heat source
at high degrees (350 degrees F or above)
for a relatively short amount of time,
about 30 minutes.

Barbecueing is cooking at 250 degrees F or less
for a long time, usually at least 2 hours.

Now you know! ;)

All have a safe and enjoyable weekend!
