I ordered a TLV which hasnt been recieved by me..Today item is several dollars cheaper. Whats the deal???
Also had several pieces that had free shipping on it and I paid shipping on these items, Also ordered a kaftan received wrong on call Customer service I paid full price plus shipping on kaftan Thats just wrong I didnt pull wrong one from warehouse.Yes I called and person could do nothing for me..I know it doesnt seem like much but it does add up.

Yes, it DOES matter. Wonder how many customers have had same or similar problems and don’t say anything? ShopLC SHOULD make this right!!! NO excuses….it was THEIR mistakes and THEY should fix them for you. It would be the RIGHT thing to do.

Hello redstarr 1959 and all: one of the days when it was “free shipping” on everything, my order was about $48. They charged me almost $15 shipping. I called customer service and was told they would credit my charge card or give me store credit. That was fine with me. NEVER HAPPENED. I’ve been charged shipping many times when it was announced on live TV it was free shipping. I’m sure they make a lot of profit off the shipping charges, but beware when they say it’s free & they charge you for it. No joy here. 😠
