Ordering

I went on the website to order a couple of items, nothing on tv, every time I did it was taken out, I sent email to customer service was told to call customer service, I did that the guy told me he couldn't take my order, emailed customer service again, I asked if you can't order on the web or customer service what is the point of having an account. Has anyone else had this problem?
