Yep, I won't be buying anything else from Shop LC until they get their shipping situation under control. This rag-tag shipping company, LSO, that Shop LC is using cannot get packages to customers. I'm still waiting on a package I ordered on Sept 13. Ordering during Christmas will be a NIGHTMARE if Shop LC continues to use them. Every time I call customer service, I get the same old runaround and they want me to wait now until Oct.7 before they even consider a refund. Unacceptable business practices
