Hi Jerry, I didn't take D-Flawess comments as biased. She wrote that customer service doesn't know the merchandise because they are not in the same country. Anyone working in a shopping network that does not also work where the merchandise is will not have the knowledge to speak about it. That goes for jewelry too.
