CUSTOMER SERVICE: Please, more 16" chains

Dear Customer Service,

There have been many chains these past months, but hardly any have been 16 inches. Not everyone has a thicker neck or wants their chains to dangle way below their decolletage.

Sometimes women want chains that sit higher up, so they may be seen in spite of clothing, to show off a pendant, etc. Some women also want 16" chains that are more substantial, so they may be seen through collars, etc. Not just the very thin 16" chains that are the ones that are offered if and when they *are* offered.

You offer all sorts of specialty longer lengths in chains. How about offering more chains that can be worn at 16 inches?
