Returns not accepted.

I have a problem with my orders. It seems that when I choose to use budget pay on a lesser amount offered, such as 9.99 on b. p. For 2 @ 5.00, it switches over to no budget pay at all once I press submit order. It changes it over to full price. This is the third time my account has experienced this in the last 2 months. I just placed my order for acoya pearls for the price and bp that I just mentioned above. Once again, no budget pay registered once I pressed confirm order. Please fix this asap on my account. ???? Hope to hear something about this soon. Also, if able to fix the bp on last item of pearls, Ude really appreciate it. It qas $9.99, 2@5.00. Thanks. Ms. Drake
