Not a good business model

I have spent thousands of dollars at shop lc. I have put up with sub quality items. I have been embarrassed by giving gifts that broke the first time worn. I could go on and on. I won't. I am paying my tab and NEVER shopping here again. I will not shop where I cannot return items that ARE NOT WHAT they are pictured to be. I DO NOT CARE THAT IT IS A CLEARANCE EVENT. I am sick of the petty way Shoplc does business. I hope the remaining good hosts find employment elsewhere. Goodbye Shop LC.
