Stacy “announced” several months ago she was pursuing other things and would be back occasionally. It seems she comes on when others are on vacation covering late night or Night Owls. I have seen her a handful of times over the spring season, but not often.

Ok, so funny story on Stacy . . .


She was one of the first hosts we watched on SLC at night, and we SWORE she worked a second job at the local club . . . she always had stripper boots on, HUGE mid-thigh things with platforms and spike heels and strolled across the stage like she was working the room. The most notable one was presenting a vacuum (the vacuum didn't work, lol) and her hair was an absolute mess, like she'd been throwing her head around a LOT, and her outfit with her boots was NOT what you'd expect from a TV show shopping channel, lol. But it certainly got my husband excited to watch SLC at night!

We always looked for her from then on, and every night shift she'd look the same. We knew Texas (and later Dionne mentioned there was a club a block away, so it began adding up) so it wasn't a crazy idea . . . I mean if they have a few hours between shifts . . . .

Well it definitely made it entertaining to watch, haha. That was also back when we assumed Michelle was drunk all the time on air and Tony was a _________. So we definitely tuned in any chance we could to see what colorful character we would see next! I later found out on here, that Michelle is just quirky and been sober X number of years. Tony is less of a _____ and Stacy stopped wearing questionable outfits. I guess it's gotten a bit boring lately, hehe.

Honestly, had everyone been straight laced like HSN we probably would have just skipped channels back then, lol.

personally, I would love to see more of Chuck fighting with the producers . . . maybe throw something at them on air. That would be great! Especially during a GOLD presentation! Would make watching it more palatable! Or maybe model one of the bras!!

I knew that Michele had quit drinking many years ago and is proud of the fact that she’s stayed sober which isn’t an easy feat for lots of people. I too quit drinking almost 20 years ago after breaking my back from a bone disease and take my sobriety very seriously so I was glad when others on our forum realized that Michele was just quirky and had not had a drop to drink. You should be proud of yourself Michele!
