Prayers for all going through these awful conditions. Wasn't aware that ShopLc donated masks to those area in need, what a very kind act.
Thanks ShopLc.
lol, no, Revolutionary donated the masks to her friends/relatives, lol, she bought them at auction years ago ;)

@Bella hay out here is about $6-$10 for a 50lb square bale. Up from $3-$4 just 3 years ago. But drought has played a huge roll, and sooooo many small square bale farmers are retiring too, or selling off land for houses. personally $3/bale about covers expenses incured, and not even equipment repairs, so those jokers selling that cheap need to move on.

I sell ours for $8/bale, but should be $10/bale really. Years ago pure orchard grass sold for $8/bale, so these days it should go for more, but I cringe at charging so much.. Pure alfalfa goes for $10/bale, but I heard Florida is getting $25/bale for pure alfalfa . . .

Thanks FarmMom! I can remember the $1.50- $2.00 a bale days! But they were smaller easier to work with. Again, give your horses hugs from me!
