They now have a bangle that is priced $29-$49 on the website, seems to change often as well as the Necklaces with the large pendants that are usually priced around $49 , unless they try to sell them with a "Buy All' discount for a group of them. I really like Hunter but when he continued to go on and on about his broken bracelets and how he was carrying the beads around in his pocket until he could get to a Craft Store so he could buy stronger jewelry cord for restringing and that his Necklace had broken in Walmart and he had to get down in the floor and try to find all the pieces and then pulled pieces of a broken pendant out of his shirt pocket saying it worked even though broken, was more than I could tolerate. I sent a direct message to the Hosts, Posing the question as to Why it should be up to the Customers to receive instructions on where to go to buy a product and how to use it to fix their items that are obviously defective and cheaply made instead of ShopLC QA fixing the situation so that they are selling a quality product instead of obviously having it manufactured as cheaply as possible??? I watched him reading on the IPad but of course he never commented. Also sent this info to that joke " Idea Lab" I'm not fixing anything that is defective, I send it back and demand my money refunded as well as return shipping for them knowingly selling me a defective product and write on the return form that I will contact my Credit Card and Dispute the Sale if they do not cooperate. So far they have done so, when I have had to return a broken or cheaply made item or an item that looks used and resold. I hate to be lied to or taken advantage of and I am like a dog with a bone when it is done to me or any family or friends. I quit messing with contacting the Worthless Customer Service Department a long time ago. I can't handle them and it gets me angry and nothing gets solved anyway so it is just a waste of time. Sent that info to their "Idea Lab" also but as I have read in here, no positive changes just the same old thing. I honestly think this Company could care less if their Customers are satisfied with their purchases or any service. They certainly don't go out of their way to "Deliver Joy"!!!
