Order history/Order details not working

Well nothing new here… the order history tab has been a pain lately as usual. If you click on an order and hit order details my profile pops up and that needs updated, when you update it, it just reverts back to needing updated again! I have updated my profile at least 20 times in the past 2 months or so and it just reverts back with the wrong birthday, no cable provider and no shipping preference.

Any budget pays I’ve had never show up anymore so I give up on that and will never do a budget pay ever again! I don’t like the things that have been happening on the website it just seems to be getting worse and worse and makes browsing on the site a real pain. No wonder I seem to shop more from Amazon,HSN,QVC etc.

I had that problem on my cellphone a couple of times but not when using the desktop computer
What is weird is not being able to sign in to this Forum from my phone!
ShopLC's order history is not a friendly site if customers are continuing to have issues with it
