AGAIN, CHECK YOUR ORDERS
I have stated on here in the past to double check any order you put through. I ordered 2 "buy all" (30% off buy all) on the dragon necklaces yesterday with Jessica and Dan. I did the 2 orders on purpose so I would not have to pay for shipping. (Anything over $50 is free shipping). Well, this morning, I received an email that my order when through and when I read it low and behold...they separated my "buy all" into TWO separate orders. Of which now, I paid almost $20 EACH order in shipping. What? No way. I did call Personal Shopper this morning and they did resolve it. In fact, Kelly was very nice about it and was able to reimburse my shipping charges. Happy to say they were professional about it. But it just proves once again you can't trust anything here, you have to check. And of course I will be checking my bank to make sure that reimbursement does go through.

Colljoe . . . reading the Glassdoor website one of the complaints was that the company was NOT at all tech savvy and struggled with normal technology related tasks, and that they had NO INTERNET for 3 months after they got hacked a few months ago . . . and website functionality was not a strong suit . . .
Funny enough, the people who had the fewest complaints were the warehouse workers, ahahha!
Hosts can earn $25,000 in bonuses and average pay is $40,000-$70,000, which is pretty darn good considering most are part time.
The big complaint I heard again and again, is that because the company is Indian, it's very scattered and chaotic but intense. Everyone kept marveling that is has lasted as long as it had. Men were treated better than women, and Indian men treated as kings. Again, their words, NOT mine. Out of 600 employees they had 126 reviews FROM employees..
Honestly, it COULD be that it has been purposely programmed this way on the website, in order to sneak in extra money. I honestly wouldn't be surprised. If it HAD been working, and suddenly is NOT, well . . ..

I know for a fact that years back one of the biggest ONGOING complaints on the forum was the website. It will never be fixed. Why is it all the other home shopping websites work fine? I don’t get it. I thought they brought in a new company big shot to fix things. By the shape of their website I think him and their IT team are sleeping on the job.

FarmMom your comment reminded me that she did mention that they had a reboot of their computer system not that long ago and that may have been the cause. I forgot to include that. So, your comment is spot on. But, one would think by now it would all be fixed. But you're right Bella. Until they actually get a professional IT team, this will always happen. Be vigilant my friends.

It least Colljoe it sounds like you got a good customer service rep who fixed your problem ASAP. That is the way it should be ALL the time. Generally it’s a hit or miss.

Wow Colljoe!
This is a bummer that you even had to endure the hassle
I am not good with stress and this kind of mess up is what would upset me to tears
A customer shouldn't have to jump through these hoops, and that is why I hate doing too much business with ShopLC
They don't have their business in order and thank goodness you were blessed to reach a decent Customer Service person
