I use Warwick Schiller training methods (he's amazing) and my horses are on a "paddock paradise" pasture to keep them off grass and mimic travel in the wild. I grow low sugar orchard grass under 11% ESC for mine and my customers to prevent laminitis and founder.

My favorite channel on social media is WTFarm Girl because she fixes farm equipment.
