Where are the Chats with Customer service?

For a few days now the CHAT icon has disappeared. What happened, ShopLC??? Chats were very useful to me to clarify things... Are they coming back or what?

I hadn't noticed honestly. I never had luck with it -- I always got the same canned phrases and fully incorrect information.
