Budget pay eliminated

I've been noticing with this clearance, that budget pays eliminated from a lot of the items. Yes, they have free shipping if you buy the items on the on air during the presentation. But so far, I've seen some items up to $25 with no budget pay. How do you like that trick.

They advertise that you cann return items but they charge a restocking fee!
And charge over half of your purchace price ! That is fraudulent advertising!

I don’t understand why they’re doing that. They still get the full amount for the item. And if it’s because of the interest SLC will lose by stretching out payments, the more expensive items are the ones they should worry about, not the cheapie Clearance stuff. 🫤
