The hand gestures to which you are referring to is the American Sign Language gesture for “I love you,” showing a hand with a raised index finger and pinky (little) finger and an extended thumb.
It is NOT the "Sign of the Horns" or the "Devil" which s formed by extending the index and little fingers while holding the middle and ring fingers down with the thumb.
